How can I safetly install just Publisher. There are a few more that won't disappear or uninstall from the installed programs menu: PDF Settings, Point, Toshiba Value Added Package, VCRedistSetup, and WinDVD. As for the other programs they are showing up in the programs/features menu as if they are installed, but there's not an option to remove them.
